  1. Controller of personal data of Users processed within the portal https://kantormegatour.pl

is B.T."Megatour"Jacek Ostasz, K.W.W.Jacek Ostasz.

  1. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Regulation

(EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) - hereinafter GDPR.

  1. Provision by the User of his/her personal data such as: surname, first names, citizenship,

PESEL, ID card type, ID card number, ID card expiration date, email, phone numbers, residential address, mailing address, resident status, politically exposed person status, bank account numbers, company name, entity type, tax ID number, company address, company mailing address in the registration process is voluntary and allows you to enter into foreign currency buying/selling transactions.

  1. The Controller processes the User's personal data pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) and (c)

of the GDPR only to the extent necessary to provide services to the Portal User, and in particular for the following purposes:

    • implementing the purchase or sale of currency,
    • performance by the Controller of its obligations under generally applicable law, in particular the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering

and Financing of Terrorism,

    • issuing and providing the User with proof of purchase or sale of currency.
  1. Except in cases where the obligation to further share personal data arises from

universally applicable law or to provide the service, the Controller does not provide the User's personal data to any other entities.

  1. The User has the right to control the processed data, especially the right to obtain

information about the purpose, scope and manner of data processing, request to complete, update, rectify personal data, temporarily or permanently suspend their processing or delete them if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in violation of the GDPR or the Law on Personal Data Protection.

    7.    The Controller of personal data specified in item 3 shall process and store them for the period necessary for the performance and settlement of services to which the User is a party, unless the commonly applicable laws specify the period of their storage - including the Accounting Act requiring the storage of data for a period of 6 years from the date of the last operation.

  • The deletion of personal data by the User from the collection of personal data maintained

by the Controller of the portal will result in the blocking of the User's account. Deletion of data from the portal does not remove personal data from the Controller's personal data files due to the requirements of the Accounting Act until the expiration of the period listed in item 7 of the Privacy Policy.

  1. The portal automatically collects the following data:
    • IP address,
    • date and time of logging into the portal,
    • session ID,
    • type of web browser used.
  1. The data is used for security purposes and to improve the quality of

services provided. Automatically collected data are periodically deleted by the Controller, within a period of no more than 12 months.

Cookies Policy

  1. Cookies (so-called "cookies") are computer data, in particular text files that

are stored in the Website User's end device and are intended for use of the Service's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the length of time they are stored on a device  and a unique number.

  1. Cookies are used for:
    • adjusting the content of the website to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the website,
    • maintaining of the website User session (after logging in), thanks to which the website User does not have to re-enter login and password on every subpage of the Website;

browser) allows cookies to be stored on the user's end device by default. Users of the website may change their settings at any time regarding cookies. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the User's web browser settings or inform about their each time placement in the device of the User of the website.
